Hi Ravi,
I was wondering which browser it is happening in, and what "wmode" the flash movie is set to run in?
It sound to me like IE7 (perhaps even IE6) and the "Click to activate" hand, which I think there is no cure to, except to upgrade the browser. "Click to activate" should be obsolete now, as far as I understand.
A little more backtground information, and I think we can answer your question, thanks!

Oh, forgot to say; there is also a javascript solution called objectSwap that can circumvent the "Click to activate" hand, in case you don't want to rely on your users upgrading IE.

there is a javascript solution called objectSwap that can circumvent the "Click to activate" hand, in case you don't want to rely on your users upgrading IE.
