On average i click about 4 of them ad's a day and i think it is well worth it i bought them once because i got £50 free voucher so i used them and i have been paying ever since them my registrations and sales have gone up by at least 75%.

So you would prefer to click on a website in the ads part of Google than a website listed in the search part of the page?

If you are the number one site for an specific keyword, you don't want people to use the AdWords link as a shortcut.
For all the keywords lower than first place, you can use Google analytics to analyze the changes when not advertising on Google AdWords for a specific keyword.

Yeah, true, analyzing what the effects of having it or not are, is probably the best way to go about it.

Google Adwords is more beneficial for targeting those keywords which have less traffic and will cost you less. Targeting high traffic keywords will only exhaust your budget if you are running on small budgets.
