Since you mention virusses I assume you are using Windows ;-)
And since you were able to post this question I assume you have also access to Internet somewhere/somehow.
I would suggest one of following options:-
1) Download a free virus scanner (e.g. AVG or Microsoft)

http://www.microsoft.com/Security_ess...
There are free programs as well but I've only used AVG before.
Copy this software to your computer and run it to see if it
can locate the problem and fix it.
2) Probably a better solution is to back up all your documents
(e.g. external HD, USB stick or CD-ROM) and to re-install
Windows from scratch.
After installing Windows install one of the above free virus
scanners to be safe from future future virus infections.
3) Of course, if you are not dependent on Windows software, you
also have the option to start using a different Operating System
such as Mac or Linux as they are less prone to virus infections.

Seriously i also face such virus infection problem in my pc but my friend tol me that there are several tech support people are available in the internet which easily trobleshoot your problem we doenot find the exact problem only professional do that so let the pro do that for you i know one tech support it is free just go and chat about your difficulties they will help you thanks!!!!!!
