Did you install something recently? Maybe software that is causing a conflict or hardware like memory which is incompatible
Sometimes windows update might cause an issue, highly unlikely but still a chance a conflict with something.
You done the usual security checks like running virus and spyware scans. Not normally related but good practice to run this as a matter of course.

there are so many reasons ,the hard disk problem ,the software . you should follow the error code to deal with it . (www.51arq.com)

That blue screen you see is referred to the BSOD or the Blue Screen of Death. In other words...it's not good. However, sometimes it can be something simple that is causing the error. If you can get the error code in time you can Google it and see if you get a hit. Other common issues can be driver issues, recent updates, a virus or you may have two virus protection programs installed which is a major no no. Without knowing your specific problem it's hard to troubleshoot. What have you done/changed recently?

There are many reasons for your internet connection slow, such as your browser and windows system are not compatible, maybe you can try a pc cleaning software to handle your problem, try tuneup360, I'm sure it can surprise you!
