Opening a publisher document without publisher?

Is there any way to open a microsoft publisher document without actually having publisher on your computer?

As far as I know, there is no publisher viewer like those for other Microsoft formats. If you know the person that created the file, ask them to save it in a format that you can view. Barring that, your best bet is to convert the file. You can do it online at someplace like http://www.pdfonline.com/convert_pdf.... or you can download something like http://www.peernet.com/pdfcreator/pub... and do the conversion on your own computer if it is something sensitive.
