Hey everyone,
I'm doing a redesign of the website of a Sydney-based home cleaning company and I'm looking for ideas on how to arrange the service images without disrupting the text. I was thinking of changing the side menu with a submenu and making a full-width page with separate sections but I'm looking into different ideas on displaying the services and add some images.Any ideas, inspiration and advice would be highly appreciated

hi there.

i was cornered by a client this morning who said, i need my website to be more out there on google. i'm not getting the hits i want'!

i have a google account. so i guess i need to know how i can get my clients websites more dominant on the search engines. pay per click? is there something i can add to the site to make it stay at the top, key words etc.

This will benefit my other clients to i guess. i can design and build sites ok but search engine stuff really is tricky.

I have to re-do a webpage that uses frames. With those frames, you cannot print the entire content because you need to scroll. So, what I want to do is vary the height of the frame depending on the content inside (so all the data is visible)

Can this be done?

Please explain it as simply as possible (Ive only been working with HTML for a few months)

Hello there. My problem is that I need a competent partner outside of the Philippines who can process SMS charged to card transactions.

As of the moment, we are the patent holders of SMS charged to credit card transactions in the Philippines and we would like to expand our business to cater specifically to productized remmitance products into the Philippines wherein payment will be settled overseas charged to credit/debit card.

I need to center a div on the screen (through javascript), but I'm having trouble doing so.
This is my code:

2- This page has header div, leftside div and content div.
3- The use of it is something like msdn library.

I made it but there is a problem with the internal scrollbars. How to make internal scrollbars exactly like msdn site ? Are there any solution with javascript ?

I read on solution on QUOMON where an invisible button is created and placed as a background to cover the area of the loaded movie. Well, it works except that I keep getting the mouse button 'hand' appear all round the the area of the invisible button.

Is there a way to shut off the "hand" appearing?

As per Instructions I create Database and put username , password and database name in config.php file , I upload the file to website, Give 777 Chmod to entire directory then when i run install.php i get a blank page. - The HTML body tag has a background image which needs to be visible through a transparent header/footer.
- Header must be 100px high and fixed to the top of the browser window, contains graphic.
- Footer must be 100px high and fixed to the bottom of the window, contains graphic
(Unless there is enough content to fill the content section in which case it would push the footer down, full screen scrolls)

This looks simple, similar to faux columns: 3 divs in a wrapper div set to 100% height along with body/html 100% height, and a y-repeat image on the wrapper background to give the effect of the middle stratching to fill the space between header and footer divs.

But putting the y-repeat image on the wrapper div covers the whole verticle area, and I need a transparent header and footer to show the page background image which is on the HTML body element.

Using standards based CSS is there is no way to set the middle div height="100%". That works or is valid.
Using old school tables you have to force quirks-mode with the old doctype for IE to get 100% height table, and I'm worried quirks-smode could bring more layout problems. Can't use %height as I have fixed graphics in header and footer.

And I can't change the design unfortunatly. Anyone able to help?
