FireFox, IE, Chrome will not load certain websites

None of my browsers will open certain websites. If I clear the cookies and cache, the pages in question will load once. After that, I get a "Timed Out" error. I have tried several methods, full scans with AVG, Malwarebytes, SpyBot, Ad-Aware and Super Anti Spyware. I recently had a Trojan in the fake program Win 7 Defender Pro. The Trojan was successfully removed but it has left me with faulty browsers. Also, firefox reinedirects sometimes when I click on a google search link. I usually have to copy link location, paste it in browser and then it will load. The re-direct sites are usually some kind of bogus search engine, which is adware, Im sure. I know this is a common problem but to this point, none of the resolutions have worked. I solved this one time before by changing the privacy settings to "Use custom settings for history". I am using the latest versions of all browsers and fully updated Win 7 Home.
Any Ideas??

Is it possible to use Gmail, but set it up so that I can send out through other smtp servers?

My problem is that when I send out emails from Gmail through my other email accounts the receiver sees something like this: "From yourusername@gmail.com on behalf of customaddress@mydomain.com". This doesn't look very professional and I would like to avoid it.
So I thought it might be possible to set up another smtp server for each of the different email addresses that I collet through gmail.
Is that possible? Or some other workaround for this?

I have a website that gets quite a few visitors from google searches, but a lot less from yahoo and msn.
I know that google is bigger, but the difference in how well it's ranked in the different search engines is quite remarkable.
So I'm wondering if there is something particular that I should do in order to please yahoo and msn? Are there any special tricks of the trade in this regard?

How does Google Analytics accomplish showing you on a map where people are visiting your site from?

With google analytics, it not only tells me where my visitors are coming from but it also displays it on a map so I can actually visualize it. I know they accomplish this through flash to display it, but does anyone know the methods they would use to accomplish this? I'm interested in doing something similar for one of my applications.

I have just changed hosting provider for a website that I am running, and immediately I've dropped out of the search engine results for all the keywords that I were tracking position for. Only my own site name is still there.
Is that just the IP change or could it be because of a bad neighbourhood or what could it be?

How long time does it take to get a google page rank?

I have this website that is indexed in google for some months now and it's also receiving traffic from google, but it still has a page rank of 0. When is that updated or what does it take to get a higher page rank?
I thought it came mostly from the links that were pointing to my site, but when I search in google for my website I see a lot of sites that link to me, but when I use the link:www.mysite.com it doesn't show any links yet. Is it because it takes a long time to evaluate those incoming links that the page rank is not calculated yet?

Why is Google Analytics showing less visits than Webalizer?

I have both Google Analytics and Webalizer enabled for my website to see the statitics for visitors, visits, pageviews etc.
But in general Google Analytics show a third of the visits that Webalizer shows and the fluctuations up and down are not the same in the two applications.
Anyone knows why this happens? Do they measure things differently or is Google "missing" something since it's based on including a script on every page?

Do search engines have problems if the content of my index page is contained in an include file?

My default.asp page actually doesnt hold any html content itself, but just includes another file in a subfolder called index.asp, do web crawlers have a problem reading these kinds of pages? I have noticed that my home page isnt shown anywhere in Google and starting to worry that the way this is built is keeping me from being listed.
