We are developing an interactive website where consumers will upload a job (Re-furbish a bathroom for example) a text will be sent to the all listed trades persons, alerting them of a job in their chosen area and with the price to buy the lead.

If they want to quote for this job they have to text back with a selected code, which will then activate the payment and a confirmation text with the consumers details will be sent to 3 trade’s men. (Only 3 trade’s men will be able to purchase the lead. Prices are fro £10 + Vat to £35 + Vat

The same action will apply to an e-mail sent out as well.

We need someone to process the SMS payments and e-mail payments.

Is there a source out there that will automatically write and send checks on a monthly basis?

I am looking to have a monthly payment go out automatically, but I need it to be actual checks and not an electronic transfer. Do any of you guys know a source for that. I've looked at my bank but it seems that they will only do an electronic transfer which is great, but wont serve my purposes right now. I need someone to actually write and mail out the checks but I dont want to do it.
