Where can I get a Bluetooth Peripheral Device Driver?

I have windows vista on my notebook (a Vaio VGN-FZ31M).
It has a bluetooth device, but I don't know from which provider. How can I see that?
I tried to unistall it but I still get an installation notice all the time for the "Bluetooth Peripheral Device".
I suppose I need a driver, but I don't have any cd with that on.
I downloaded a driver from the sony website, but nothing is changed.
Do you know where I can find it, if that's the problem?

Bluetooth problem Acer Aspire netbook.

I have a Acer Aspire AO751h netbook.
My Acer crystal webcam has stopped working I get a msg "Bluetooth service not running" My device manager indicates no drivers for the Bluetooth peripheral device, also I get a msg Bluetooth license not found.
I am currently running Vista with service pack 2.

Unable to open signed HTML files that are within a zipped folder using Chrome, Firefox and IE

I am unable to access the signed HTML files using any of the browsers - Chrome, Firefox and IE. These files are weekly reports I receive from a client. These were accessible a month ago but they suddenly stopped working. Old files as well as the new files don't open at all. There is no error message that gets displayed when I try to access a file. It just does not respond. The zipped folder contains only 2 files - a HTML file and a SIGNED file. Extracting them has never worked as the extracted folder won't have any files in it. This was the case in the past as well when I was able to access these files directly from the zipped folder.

The client confirmed that there has been no change in the way they produce these automated reports. I have been unable to figure out a way around this problem. Please help.

I use Windows Vista Home Premium, AVG Free Anti-virus and Zone Alarm Free Firewall.

I never had this problem before today. I tried doing system recovery, no luck. Every time I try to get to any webpage, the message comes up Internet explorer cannot display the webpage. At first the laptop I am working on had AOL installed on it. I uninstalled AOL and all of it's folders and files(I think). Ran CClean UP on it. Turned off Windows firewall and Window's Defender. Tried IE7, IE8, IE9 and FireFox. None will open any Web page, saying I dont have the right permissions. However, I can check for Window updates and install them. (I am connect to DLS router, with no connection issues). I am logged on as an admin. I found a system app called Window's Defender with Advanced Options, which I dont know how to disable. I have some kind of Secerity issue and dont know enough about Vista to solve this problem. Ran ipconfig and msconfig and found no problems. My friend doesn't have the system disk for the laptop so a HD swip and reinstall is not an option. Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!!

Yesterday I was perusing the BIOS. I have adjusted some part that has made the system unbootable. When the computer is switched on the HDD indicator light stays on red and shows no sign of activity. I have left it running but nothing happens. The system is six years old, manufactured by TINY, has 1gig RAM and a 250gig HDD and another 250gig HDD used as a back-up.The bios is an America trends and was made in 2004.It has an ATI RADEON 9250 VIDEO CARD. XP HOME EDITION AND PROFESSIONAL are installed as a dual-boot, I own both system discs. Previously there has been nothing untoward and everything was functioning as normal.I downloaded the Windows Upgrade Advisor and the only advice was regarding the video card which would have to be replaced. I also have a more modern 64bit system (2 years old) with Vista Home Premium installed.What I am considering doing is purchasing Windows 7 Ultimate and installing on both systems, of course I would purchase the full disc and not the upgrade. None of this is viable unless I can get the XP System to boot-up.Can you please advise me as to what I can do to get the system back to what it was before I stupidly interfered with something I know nothing about. I am not a computer idiot but am very much a novice, as you will have noticed.

I purchased a Philips 250 GIG external hard drive to use on an XP 32bit computer a few years ago. The drive came with Nero Backitup software. I rarely use this machine and to use the hard drive on a Vista 64 bit system would mean purchasing up to date software from Nero which would cost me £39.99. I do not wish to spend this kind of money as it could be utilised elsewhere. I am not familiar with the internal workings of computers, apart from installing a second disc drive. Is it possible to do this and if so how easy or difficult would it be to remove the drive from it,s casing and use it internally. I look forward to any response from any one.The reason I am asking is down to the cost.I am a pensioner with limited income, and would appreciate any input but please keep it simple. Thanks, Andy.

OK So I have a laptop about year or so old It running Vista. I haven't tried before to set up a printer with but now need too, I brought a cheap HP but couldn't get it to print so I took it back and upgraded to a Canon Pixma MP560 connected via usb and can't get this one to print either. I've called Canon and all they can suggest is I uninstall the printer, disable my anti virus software(Norton) and reinstall. Before I do this is there anything else that I can try. The computer says it recognises the printer but it just wont print a document either from word or excel.

How does the Acer Aspire One AO751H-1946 Netbook run with windows 7? It came installed with Vista and anytime I try and play movies in media player or vlc or gom they tend to skim and my cpu is running at a 100%; I use to have the 10.1" with a 1 gb ram and they all worked fine. This netbook comes with 2 gb and its slow and choppy. I'm not running a lot of programs in the background except maybe bittorrent but again this is not any different then what I was doing with the 10.1" netbook. So will upgrading to windows 7 solve this issue or should I down grade to XP?

my sons computer had a malware on it (advertisement that won't go away) I did system restore, then added antivirus (avast) and adaware (lavasoft) everything downloaded fine and ran scans. turned it off, came on in safe mode. I did f8 start normally, last good boot, everything...now system restore does not work either.

I have had vista home basics for about two years now and I just started having problems in April 2009 it started out to where I could go to a website and the computer would freeze up. I was always restarting over and over again and now I am unable to access any websites that a require a password. Some of sites will allow me to put in the password and a blank page will appear and some I can put in the password and it will not do anything the page does not try to load. I can get to the website but when I enter a password, that it where it freezes.

First of all thanks for replying to my mail. You just asked some questions to get my problem solved which are as under:
1) Does the battery charge (when you plug an AC Charger)?
2) Does CPU strike 100% when you use AC Charger?
Let me know about the above 2 questions. I might get you a solution.

My reply to your questions is that; yes the battery charges when plug an AC charger and yes the CPU strikes 100% but sometimes without using AC Charger and sometimes without it. The RAM usage of laptop when goes 100% the fan speed goes more fast and generates too much heat but it lasts for 15 to 20 minutes and after that the RAM,Speed and heating comes down to normal. I dont know why it is behaving abnormally. However as regard to the question of the BIOS came with this set, I am not sure about it. I am sending you the sysytem specification of my Laptop. Hope it will help you in solving my problem

I just got a new computer. How do I transfer my Outlook e-mails, addresses, etc. to the new computer? Both have USB ports and I have a thumb drive to back them up to, but I don't know where to find them on the old computer, how many files need to be copied, or where to put them on the new computer. The old computer has Windows XP Professional and the new has Windows Vista. The old computer has Outlook Express. I haven't set up the new computer yet, so I am not sure the e-mail version. The new computer is Item 429-145 at HSN.com.

My HP PSC1210 was working fine until it all of a sudden quit and gave me a "paper jam" error. I removed the access cover and found NO jam or any other problem. Restarted the printer...the error would not clear. I finally had to uninstall and reinstall the printer to clear message. Wlould not print test page or any other print job. Print job just displayed in que and message in printer info window showed "printing" but nothing was printing. When I tried to cancel documents the message would change to deleting, but wouldn't clear que. I would have to restart computer to clear the message. The HP web site was useless when I looked for drivers to reinstall all it said was to use the built in drivers in Vista.

I posted my question 16-4-2009 and gor immediate reply from side for which i am thankful to you. However as suggested by you the solution still puts me in doubt as the problem of my laptop started after upgrading the BIOS.
Someone posted me the solution to downgrade the BIOS which I did to F.14 As a result the fan became slow and the touch pad became somewhat cool. But now also sometimes the fan continues to run fast and touch pad gets heated when i run a heavy software or so. The RAM usage sometimes constantly remains between 50-70%. I installed a software "coretemp" which probably shows the temp. of CPU and that shows some times 70-63 degrees and sometimes 30-35 degrees. I am not sure when my set was manufactured but one date has been mentioned there 3-9-2008 may be the shipping date or something else on the packaging box
No one has posted a good solution. As such I request you to kindly guide me what exactly i should do to overcome this problem because my system is not behaving properly as it use to be at the time of purchase. Should i downgrade it more?
Pls post solution at . Also if you could provide me the original factory BIOS version.
