I have windows vista on my notebook (a Vaio VGN-FZ31M).
It has a bluetooth device, but I don't know from which provider. How can I see that?
I tried to unistall it but I still get an installation notice all the time for the "Bluetooth Peripheral Device".
I suppose I need a driver, but I don't have any cd with that on.
I downloaded a driver from the sony website, but nothing is changed.

I am developing a website in MVC3 for a financial training academy. The problem is that my client uses IE for testing the website. There were a lot of graphical issues but i solved most of them myself. Currently i am having problem with the styling of combobox, the comboxbox looks perfect in chrome & explorer but it looks really bad in IE. When i try to adjust it for IE, it gets ruined in chrome and Firefox. Actually the client wants a language dropdown on 'financial training academy' website. Please do not scam, i need genuine answers

Hi! I need your help. Trying to redesign my band's website and I am a relative rookie at web design. You can see the concept I am going for here: (Basic template for the site) www.yusifmusic.com/NEWSITE/bio.html So what I initially tried to do was use the image as a background image but that was very difficult. So I ended up splitting the image into 3 sections in photoshop-- header, content, & footer-- and put them in 3 divs that are stacked on each other, and made the middle one (content) overflow. This is very functional and accomplishes what I wanted the page to do. HOWEVER I noticed that because I am using absolute pixel values there are a ton of problems rendering the page across platforms (iPhone for example, smaller laptops). I want to make the CSS layout based on percentages so that it will render the same on all screens. However, whenever I try to use percentages (for the width, for example) and test my layout by dragging the browser window larger or smaller, there is a problem. The divs are resizing in relation to the browser window, however, the text within them (the word "Bio" or the list in the middle, for example) are not fixed within the div and start to slide around horizontally in relation to the div. I think there is a smarter way to do this. What is the solution? Should I use absolute pixel values but just make the 3 images (and divs) smaller? If it's impossible to use percentages for this task, then what is the best pixel size to design for? Is there a better way to accomplish this layout without splitting the image up into 3 pieces? Ideally the background image would take up the whole screen, there would be no black margin/background, and all the scrollable content would be in the middle (yellow section) of the image. FireFox, IE, Chrome will not load certain websites

None of my browsers will open certain websites. If I clear the cookies and cache, the pages in question will load once. After that, I get a "Timed Out" error. I have tried several methods, full scans with AVG, Malwarebytes, SpyBot, Ad-Aware and Super Anti Spyware. I recently had a Trojan in the fake program Win 7 Defender Pro. The Trojan was successfully removed but it has left me with faulty browsers. Also, firefox reinedirects sometimes when I click on a google search link. I usually have to copy link location, paste it in browser and then it will load. The re-direct sites are usually some kind of bogus search engine, which is adware, Im sure. I know this is a common problem but to this point, none of the resolutions have worked. I solved this one time before by changing the privacy settings to "Use custom settings for history". I am using the latest versions of all browsers and fully updated Win 7 Home.
Any Ideas??

yesterday the computer was fine, today kaput... another computer is running wireless and when plugged in fine.. I have of course reset the modem and the computer but continue to get the error message that it can't open.. when I run the diagnose problem the connection isn't the issue. I have pinged a site with 4 replies and no loss. i have disabled/enabled the Lan, reset the settings, disabled mcaffee and firewalls, reset from dos, i have opened a new tab, I have checked for IP addresses to be auto set.... I have reverted from explorer 8 to 7... i am at a loss...

I am a website desgner, well that's what I call myself, and have desinged and built many sites. Today though an existing client wants to intergrate a shopping basket into his site but I have never dabbled into it and quite frankly it looks a little scary!

I am going to refurbish the site for him provided I can do this but wondered what the best way to have a shopping basket (to match the design of the site) would be? Can I get software that builds them or is it best to have another dedicated company do it then intergrate it into the site??

I have had vista home basics for about two years now and I just started having problems in April 2009 it started out to where I could go to a website and the computer would freeze up. I was always restarting over and over again and now I am unable to access any websites that a require a password. Some of sites will allow me to put in the password and a blank page will appear and some I can put in the password and it will not do anything the page does not try to load.
