What is the average CPM pageviews when it comes to hosting a website?

I am looking for the average CPM pageviews when it comes to hosting a site. I know that hosting costs usually are measured by bandwidth used, etc. But is there an average estimate on how much you pay for hosting per thousand pageviews (with an average estimated page size)?

Basically, I want to start measuring my ROI for my website and if I know that I make $3 CPM in advertising, it would be helpful to know how much the average CPM for hosting is so I can measure whether I need to find higher advertising opportunities or what.

Any help?

Actually, you don't need to worry about it, at this average CPM rate. As a general thumb rule, hosting expense must never pass 5% of your income. So, if you are making $5,000 monthly, $250 hosting cost is reasonable.
