I would recommend these:
Spybot:Search & Destroy
Dr.Alex Antispyware
Arovax Antispyware
A-Squared AntiMalware(more of an anti trojan)
Windows Defender
Microsoft OneCare(90 day trial version - full security suite)
Ad-Aware (not recommended by many people tough)
Bazooka AntiSpyware
Spyware Terminator (can have excellent protection when integrated with the ClamAV shield {from the free ClamWin antivirus})
Those are all I can remember for now :P
