I need to create a database in Access 2003 with the same/similar structure as a MS SQL Server 2000 database. I also need to copy the data. I have tried to generate the sql statements in ms sql server and then running them in the query window of Access, but that didn't work since the datatypes are not equal. So how should I do it?

i found that it is possible with the enterprise manager (v. sql server 2000) right click on the database to export, choose all tasks/export data and then the right datasource (Microsoft Access). then you have to point to the database and that basically does it. But there are a few peculiarities. For example a bit column is not converted well, (makes 0 and -1 entries in a Yes/No column) which means the opposite of what it should.
