What is the best web hosting plan for online store building?

I'm looking for a web hosting plan that has:
- Low fee,
- lots of space available.
- Easy to use to design my store. I can add flash if I want.
- Offers a shopping cart
- Help with shipping and handling prices

I only know of this web hosting providers that my friend has told me to opt for. now I am here. please recommend some.

There are many companies that offer what you are looking for. Companies such as bluehost, hostgator, are good options. Before making a decision, be sure to read reviews on them. A good resource I've found is below.
