When Microsoft Outlook cannot specified the folder location then user must get understand that Outlook is in deep trouble. In this case Folders extension names get lost automatically which later client find difficulty to access.

When people make use of Repairing software to resolve such problem, then task of accessing folder becomes very easy by Outlook becasue software make extension name repaired and visible to application.
