In which programming language should I design my online shopping site?

I am planning to open an online shopping store- Betty Browne Australia, for which I am confused among languages. Which one should I go for- java, dot-net or PHP?

PHP is the easy programming languagee to design your online shopping website also in php the maintenance charge is very low as compared to other language.
