Both operating system is good . We can't say any one of them are bad, because both have a different features and uses. Android is mostly used for mobile devices and windows is used for pc or bussiness purpose.

I would prefer Android before Windows because it has vast amount of features. Android is a mobile OS developed by Google organization which depends on the Linux piece. Android is composed particularly for touchscreen cell phones such as PDA, cell phones, and tablets.

I would suggest that you must go for an android operating system because it has very fast processing and many application can be run on it in one go.
