Have any flash drive file backup on another drive or partition? If there is another copy of everything lost, you can easily copy them all back.
But, unluckily, there is nothing left elsewhere, just stop using this USB flash drive immediately in case that anything new stored on this drive can overwrite your previous stuffs.
And then, insert this USB flash drive to computer and download USB flash drive data recovery software to take your lost files back, like;
