you need to apply SEO strategies to your blog, Also, reach out to others (audience) in forums, social media, etc. Of course, these off page strategies are useless if your blog doesn't have quality content.

You need to have a great content.
Add a good amount of vocab, terms through which you can actually connect to their soul.
"SPEAK UP YOUR WORDS WHAT THEY WANT TO HEAR".
