Recommend Firefox.
MSIE "Select" dropdown/list controls don't show background as stated by Msoft: http://msdn.microsoft.com/workshop/au...

Also, a propietary MSIE style "scrollbar-arrow-color" and all other scrollbar related styles don't show for "select" based controls.
