Package CMS (Joomla,Typo3..) customisd to design spec.

Need a package CMS (Joomla,Typo3, Mambo..) customisd to a design spec.
The new disign is somewhat similar to the current site, specifically in that the site sits in a centerd element.

Site structure only, content to be placed and managed internally.

(Sorry, this is not really a question but I couldn't find where to post for a job..).

dont any of those u listed do customising?
