Hey Alis,
My purchase was through Dell Spain and once I got a Customer Service Representative that spoke english well enough everything went smoothly after that. I didn't look through any of the other manufacturers, just retailers in the area.
The Dell was delivered within 15 days after I placed the order so that will give you an idea of the turnaround time for that.

if you want an english laptop in spain or an english laptop in Gibraltar then try Netgear in Gibraltar. The staff was very friendly and they deliver to spain or you can go to their store in Gibraltar. The store is 50m up a lane between marks and spencers and the cathedral off the main street.
