Sorry, but you do not have Visual Studio! What you are looking at are the client modules of Reporting Services! This gets installed with SQL Server 2005. You are only able to use the project templates you have listed!
If you want to do development, you will have to get a Visual Studio Version! If you don't want to spend big money, have a look at #develop (http://www.icsharpcode.net/OpenSource...).
