MCAD is for .Net framework v1 If u are developing on v2 then Im not sure this is a good idea - http://www.microsoft.com/learning/mcp...
MCP(D) is still useful I guess as that demonstrates strength on a particular product or technology.
MCITP apparently is to highlight your specific area of expertise but I think its more aimed at database work, business intelligence and support and not web development.
My suggestion is to go for MCTS.
