What is a CRM Software package that ties in effectively with Microsoft Outlook Exchange Server?

I am looking to use outlook to manage my calendar, but I want a user interface for the CRM aspect of Outlook that will make my salesforce more effective and efficient while making phonecalls in the office and for notetaking and history of events for each contact. Any good software out there that will tie in well with outlook?

here are some crm software that uses outlook, not sure if any will help you

I suggest you see if they offer a trial version for you to evaluate.

I actually found a great tool that allows the CRM package ACT to tie in seamlessly with outlook through Third Party software through a company below:

Information Optics Corporation
or
DoubleLook

which allows the data in ACT to integrate with Outlook.
