In IE, go to Tools/Options then Connections tab - what do you have listed. Now go to advanced. Is anything listed on there?

Same web pages open, but after few minutes, don´t open other sites... and I can´t send or receive emails, can´t use skype or messenger... AVG don´t found a virus...

do you by chance have something in your proxy settings?
(tools->internet options->connections tab->lan settings) uncheck all boxes.
if you have zone alarm installed (I agree it's a great program) uninstall it completely and reinstall it later.
