Since .RAR is the last extension, you must first use the decompression software that David mentioned; I'll even say that winRAR is exactly what I would use also. afterwards, you can then use adobe acrobat reader to open the file and view it. In a sense, everyone's answer on this forum is correct (with one exception). everyone else (myself included) are(/is?) just repeating David's answer.
