Ummm...... Yes, install it.
If you have trouble installing it, someone may have typed korean characters into your excel file. Do you see boxes instead of words?
You might even need to install support for far eastern languages.
(control panel->regional and language options->Languages tab->check both boxes and hit OK)
A workaround: Either save it as a text/CSV file or try copying the contents of the problem excel sheet into notepad, then copying and pasting that into a new excel document.

Well, I’m sorry I can't understand so complicated VB words, but if you have internet connection problems, you can try the software tuneup360, which is really helpful~~
