i need to detect an component of a running application and invoke its events

The situation is this, that we have a web-based tool to post files on it. Now we need to give the details in the textboxes like the filename, size, etc. then we need to submit it. Can we do this by detecting the running application, its component, sending them their value and invoking the events? Can you help us on this?

My pc runs very slow, which drives me crazy, my friend recommended me a software tuneup360 several days ago, he said it is a pc cleaner; it seems very useful, but I wonder what’s the function of a pc cleaner?
