hey man,
it sounds to me like your systems memory is being used on other processes a lot of the time. maybe you have unneeded junk programs you can delete off your computer? or maybe you have viruses/spyware clogging up your system. if you can get to it....lol....download a copy of spybot search and destroy from here http://www.safer-networking.org/en/mi... and do a full system scan to see if you have any. also i would download a copy of CCleaner from here http://www.ccleaner.com/ and do a scan with that and delete all your temporary files. also. let me know what kind of software you maybe be running on it like antivirus/other thanks

What antivirus/security software do you have? Some are quite intrusive. Kaspersky and Norton are generally like that.
What is the performance like if you disable your antivirus/security? Just as a test mind you, do not recommend as a permanent thing.
