Is this for a laptop? If so what make is it? You could always go to the manufacturer's website, look in their support section for driver downloads. For example IBM/Lenovo have one and its this http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/sit...
If unknown brand or desktop PC, what make mobo do you have? Again, try their website - just on the offchance they have some drivers. But Ive not really seen bluetooth device drivers been offered by mobo manufacturers.

yes, im using a laptop.. the manufacturer is samsung.. ive tried going to their site already for some product and driver support but still got no good results.. the drivers their is older than what is currently installed in my computer. the problem started when i installed my nokia phone pc suite and used it as a bluetooth modem..

What model laptop is it?
What version pc suite are you using? You could check to see if the version of driver you have is comptable with the pcsuite version eg http://europe.nokia.com/A4678152

Well, I want to help you in figuring this out, you need to declare the name of your device maker, to do go properties of the device, and check it from there.

Try just installing BlueSoleil (http://www.bluesoleil.com/) This comes with drivers and should work for u

Well if the laptop does not have inbuilt bluetooth,then u have to get a bluethooth hardware which will come with the software probably bluesoleil.but if it comes with a factory bluetooth then you have to go to the manufactureer site and clik on drives then look for bluetooth drive downlad and install on your system.cares
