What version pc suite are you using? You could check to see if the version of driver you have is comptable with the pcsuite version eg http://europe.nokia.com/A4678152

well well there's a cock up - email admin I think. I posted this on another question, how did it get here? I had two questions open and kept getting service unavailable. When ready, I submitted and it put it in one question
