surely you could just buy a english keyboard seperately? Im sure you can order online as well
and what do you mean by compatability? I dont thint keyboard ports differ in countries so whatever keyboard you buy should work - especially if its a usb one.
if its a dell you are buying, and since they more or less make bespoke systems, you could ask them for a english keyboard. I am sure they would be able to manage that.

Actually, recently I've found another way to speed up my poor PC, the software "tuneup360". It’s very easy to handle and of course very powerful, my friends and I all use it now, maybe you can have a try.
