Take a look at Sitefinity as a powerful option with a free edition for non-profit use ... Dotnetnuke its maybe more basic but can do the job too. Bitrixsoft has a very nice tool too but this one its a paid option .. but very good. Anyway all of them have online demos where you can test and decide.
