transferring xp old email from thunderbird to outlook on a new vista pc

Is there a simple was to transfer all old email from thunderbird, windowx xp operating system to a new windows vista outlook email client? Someone Pleez help!!!!!!!!!

You can try this approach, convert to eml then drag to windows mail. Try the tool IMAPSize that is available here http://www.broobles.com/imapsize/th2o...
