I get a COMException: The "SendUsing" configuration value is invalid when i try to send out email

I'm developing in asp.net and i'm trying to send out an email.
Do you know that this message means?

One line of code often overlooked is setting the SMTP server. Do you have this line in your code:

SmtpMail.SmtpServer = "smtp.myserver.com" (Replace the URL with your server)?
