Could you please be more specific? What are you trying to do? Windows? Mac? Windows Form? Web Page? What programming language? What is a Form select box? etc.

I have a problem in windows i.e6, whenever i create a form in a webpage, there i wont be able to use backgorund image and padding on , in all browser its working fine but not in windows i.e6.
css example:
select { padding:5px; background:url (images/input_bg.gif) top left; color:#333 }
