Would you know of any SMS payment gateway solutions outside of the Phlippines?

Hello there. My problem is that I need a competent partner outside of the Philippines who can process SMS charged to card transactions.

As of the moment, we are the patent holders of SMS charged to credit card transactions in the Philippines and we would like to expand our business to cater specifically to productized remmitance products into the Philippines wherein payment will be settled overseas charged to credit/debit card.

We have a partner in the U.S. right now that services the U.S. and Canada. We are very interested to get into other countries such as the UK, Italy, Malaysia, Indonesia, etc.

Can you help us out?
