use in frameset tag table height property as 100% it will work as you want and within that table you can put your data.

It didnt work. now, I just see the top portion of every page, the frame does not change height. =(

Hmm..
My page is a regular page with a table... inside that table, there is a frame set.... Does that matter?

you can't fix the dynamic height of iframe tag
