use in frameset tag table height property as 100% it will work as you want and within that table you can put your data.

It didnt work. now, I just see the top portion of every page, the frame does not change height. =(

For main/index page frameset for main body page
if doesn't solve your problem than let me know with your code we will get back to you by fix your problem.

Hmm..
My page is a regular page with a table... inside that table, there is a frame set.... Does that matter?
