How can I tell if someone has opened an email that I sent through hotmail?

Is it possible to know when someone has read your sent email using hotmail?

its not possible , how ever try sending a greeting card so
when the person opens it url get a email back .

Maybe the most important thing you need is a computer cleaner, try the software "tuneup360", it won't let you down .
