I can't access password protected websites using Internet Explorer 7 on Vista

When I first got my new PC with Vista, it worked fine. But suddenly one day, Internet Explorer began to have problems. I couldn't access Hotmail - the page always froze after I entered my password. I checked other websites: Yahoo Mail, E-Bay, anything with password protection couldn't be accessed. The problem continues to this day. I have checked my settings and nothing seems amiss. Someone said there might be a problem with 'certificates', but I'm not sure how they work. I'm sure it's just a simple problem with my settings, but I have no idea how to solve it.

In my opinion, the fastest way to become a computer expert is to have a powerful software in your PC, tuneup360 is such a software, have it in your computer, you can handle all the problems by yourself.
