Is there a way to get rid of NSCService, so i won't get the message to shut it down manually?

What program is it attacked to? can i delete it so it will stop?

This service seems to be associated with Norton security/anti-virus software. See http://www.pcreview.co.uk/forums/thre... for suggestions on how to resolve your problem.
