Outlook (2003) Deleting "Special Folders" Anyone know how?
I have checked with three IT people I know who I thought were really savvy, but nobody has come up with anything yet--probably because they don't want to waste their time!
In adding and deleting email accounts, now that I am on my own at 61 creating a new life, I have several extra/unnecessary folders (like an extra "Inbox", "Search Folders" folders). When I try a shift/delete it says that in order to delete those "service/special" folders you need to consult Outlook Help to find out how (honest, that's what it says). Did that--nothing I could find.
Anybody know?
Thanks!!!!!!!!!!
Bob

Maybe you can try to just press the "Delete" button then empty the "Trash" folder.
