fan and touch pad heat problem
Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased a copaq laptop CQ45-207TU on 7-1-2009. As per the recommendation of HP i updated the BIOS to F.24 version. Soon after that the problem i faced, the fan was constantly running fast. However one of my friend managed to slow down the speed of the fan, without changing the BIOS to the old version installed before(cant remember the old version) but now it runs after an interval of 10-15 minutes or when i run any programme on my laptop. Moreover the touch pad also becomes too hot to work on. Kindly suggest solution to my problem.
Rgs,
Karvender

i would get your friend to change the fans back to normal speed and update the bios to the latest version which is version F.24 available from here
