Maybe it is a BIOS password. You can try to go to the nearest computer shop then ask them to remove the CMOS battery to clear the password. Sometimes you have to do some pin configuration to remove that password.

Get the name of the bios and then look on this list http://www.5starsupport.com/info/bios... also i had this problem on a laptop and i needed to replace the CMOS battery it was flat :S

As far as I know , there are two main methods to solve the windows password problem as follows:
1st Method:
Start system and when you see Windows Welcome screen / Login screen, press ctrl+alt+del keys twice and it'll show Classic Login box. Now type \Administrator\ (without quotes) in Username and leave Password field blank. Now press Enter and you should be able to log in Windows.
Now you can reset your account password from \Control Panel - User Accounts\.
Same thing can be done using Safe Mode. In Safe Mode Windows will show this in-built Administrator account in Login screen.

for example:Windows Password Recovery Tool 3.0 . It is easy and convenient to use.

1.Free download the windows password iso: http://www.resetwindowspassword.com
2.Burn it to a disk to create the boot disk, that simple.
3.Configure your pc or laptop to boot in the cd drive,
4.Insert the CD, reboot from CD drive, and then just follow the process of instruction. A few steps later, admin password would be cleared
Took about 5 minutes for the whole process.

Firstly windows has an account called "administrator" which doesn't normally show up on the welcome screen but you can get to it either by booting in safe mode (it does show up on the welcome screen when in safe mode) or by pressing ctrl+alt+del at the welcome screen to get an old fassioned login dialog. Often this account will have no password on it.

If you don't have access to an account with administrator privileges then you'll need to do an offline reset tools: Windows Password Unlocker . I believe is the tool i've used to do it in the past on XP.

3 If the correct diskette Windows XP will open a window prompting for the new password you wish to use.

I realize an easy method to reset lost windows password, just contact for to produce a windows password reset bootable CD/DVD or USB flash generate to reset forgotten windows password, i have made a bootable USB flash generate using the tool Windows Password Seeker and reset my administrator password successfully.

Here are something that mihgt help you! If you forget your user password.
1 . Log into safe mode
2. Log in as the computer Administrator, “Administrator” for the username
3 . Leave the password blank
4 .Control panel and change the password for your account
But if you forget your Administrator password.You can only do this:
1 . find a program called Windows password seeker and Download the password seeker
2 . Burn the file to a CD
3.Boot the locked computer from CD/DVD and remove Windows password

The first thing you should do is check whether you really forget login password or not. When we install Windows, it automatically creates an account “Administrator” and sets its password to blank. So if you have forget Your user account password then try this:

I had forgotten my computer password some times. Compare to many password recovery methods. I think the following methods are better and easier. 1. Try hard to remember 2. Reset password from another user account with administrator credentials 3. Do-It-Yourself (DIY) third party recovery tool. Google third party password recovery tool or Windows Password Reset 9.0. I know a simple way to reset windows 7 administrator password. You can download a software on the internet and reset or remove the password with it.
