Could not open hibernate session for transaction is the error being displayed. Please suggest

After deploying a website in IIS while I was trying to register a new user, an error "Could not open hibernate session for a transaction" is being displayed. I think that some changes need to be made in the web.config file. I am not provided with the source code. Could anyone help me in solving this issue?

Thanks the author, very useful advice.
a)my pc starts up very slow, which always drive me crazy, I want a program to solve my slow computer, several days ago my friend recommend me a software tuneup360, now I'm waiting for the result.
