have dell desktop,keeps freezing ,cant log off & have to shut down manually.dell not responding
comes up dell not responding,freezing & wont close manually...brand new computer.ca antivirus,say removed 28 threats,but no viruses..please help husband freaking out !!

If u got a brand new computer, is it totally brand new and had problems since you got it or it recently happened. Sounds like the latter considering you had 28 threats.
Did you add any new hardware on it? like more memory or something. If so then it could be incompatable memory.
I recommend you use Malware Bytes to do your spyware removal. Also worth trying things out in safe mode.
