see if u can go into control panel then select regional languages (icon is a globe I think) then change to usa (or whatever english) from there. but I have the feeling that your o/s is not multilanguage therefore you may need to buy an english version of the o/s. if all your menus are still in chinese then I think that is all you can do i.e. buy english version
