Hello` I am having problem to connect my wireless printer to the laptop

Right I did everything by the book . but the result is some time is connect and other lost the connection very easily.the printer is Epson Stylus SX510w/TX550Wseries. The laptop Dell Celeron Intel 1GBram .
The printer SSID does not come out in the list of network. this is my email
