In my opinion, the fastest way to become a computer expert is to have a powerful software in your PC, tuneup360 is such a software, have it in your computer, you can handle all the problems by yourself.

MAybe you touch the net part of the windows setup. now you need a software expert to redone the connection of all the pc, laptop and printers in one.
Is impossible do it remotely (meaning here) because of lack of information about all the hardware you have.
